Get Up

I get up in the morning,

I pray, I get ready for school,

I go to school and count down from the minutes remaining till I go home.

Everyday seems exactly the same, so why do I get up. 

I get up because I love my family, I love my friends, 

And I will walk this god-forbidden road until it ends.

I get up for the changes in my life.

For knowledge that someday, I will get it right.

I wake up because I know it'll get better,

And I know that my dreams will someday be reality and not just perfectly constructed letters.

I get because I believe in me.
